Vehicle Inspection

Did you know Clean Air Filter and increase engine Efficiency by 5-10 %? Vehicle inspection is the most critical part to any technician, as your primary objective is to reduce the overall operation cost, potential failure of a part if detected earlier in time will save costly consequential part damages as well as on route breakdown which is much more costlier. Planning an inspection is an art in itself, meticulous planning of line of action for inspection and designing the workflow is a key. The check list process designed for you enhances the flow of inspection and captures all the right data points.

Part Position Wise Inspection:

As is well know to any fleet manager, same part from same make gives a different life at different positions of vehicle, for example an link rod attached to a rear wheel has a lower life than that of a front wheel in a rear engine vehicle, so based on the position you can set different condition monitoring parameters to monitor each positions at different intervals.

Unique Identification Number (UIN) Based inspection:

If you have a fleet of 40+ vehicle and each vehicle has two alternators and each alternator has 5 working parts like two, bearings, regulator, stator, rotor, diode plate. So the how do you manage the and know which regulator of which alternator to monitor and change… this is where you conduct a UIN based Inspection to precisely find what’s going to wrong and precisely, where?

The stringent the inspections, the lesser the vehicle compliants.
