Parts inventory is managed and segregated in Bins, Rows and Aisles for easy availability. Inter-Branch inventories are visible so non-moving parts can be utilised efficiently through an organisation. Various reports and alerts are designed in to cover Minimum stock inventory, Non Moving inventory and other inventory management tools to effectively handle inventory.

Whenever the parts reach the stores, after filling in the Goods Receipt note by the security, the parts go through a quality check, to make sure the parts received are of the right specifications. Once the parts are approved an Unique Identification Number (UIN) is assigned to a part and this part is tracked throughout the life cycle of that part with this assigned Unique Identification number (UIN) and is included in the Parts Inventory.

Parts Life-Cycle Tracking:

A tracking of Part based on a Unique Identification Number (UIN) is available along with comparison of same part on different positions on same vehicle and with equivalent parts from a different manufacturer or OEM. This Helps to narrow down on an cost effective vendor part which gives the lowest cost per km.

Depending on the Age of your fleet the usage of parts increase. It is an intelligent business decision to decide to take a vehicle off-road or think about scrapping the vehicle when the operating expenditure of a vehicle starts to go above the EMI of a New Vehicle, hence the graph obtained by sum Total all parts expenditure by kilometer Vs. kilometer will show you the trend which will empower you to make right decisions.
