There is a great difference between a right Driver and Driving Right. There are lots of Right drivers who can drive a vehicle, but driving rightly is an art which only few have learned and are taught. We provide you an individually designed metrics to guide drivers in driving rightly. Feedback after each trip encourages driver to self modify his driving style and Driver leader board which is a scoring system designed to compare their scores with other similar drivers, socially nudges the drivers into right driving behaviour. Drivers improve themselves everyday and get into a state of “Flow” which helps them achieve a higher sense of satisfaction in working with you.
Unwarranted Idling:
Vehicle Idling not only wastes your fuel, but also makes a huge impact on your battery and Alternator life. So proper information about the time and location of idling can help you decrease fuel wastage.
Fuel Theft Tracking:
Extraction of data via vehicle OBD2 port or by adding external sensors can help you track fuel theft on real-time basis via sms or Alerts.
Trip wise Fuel Consumption Report:
It important to monitor if the trip made by the vehicle was an approved or an un-approved, which was really unwarranted for. Also as principals of Activity Based Costing (ABC) suggest, you can have fuel mileage’s of different trips or routes separated, so you can get compantiated from your customers accordingly.
Fuel Reconcillation:
It has been seen that if you have a 40+ fleet, it becomes extremely difficult to monitor Fueling enteries, which fuel station it has been filled? Was the bill submitted was really an Authenticated? Was the fuel really filled in your vehicle or in someone else’s and bill given to you? Was there any adjustments done by the fuel station and your crew? All of these questions pop up every day in your mind. Now we integrate with your Fleet card Provider and reconcile from the fuel Enteries made by your driver to GPS location of the vehicle to the amount of fuel filled and the anomaly between them, to the amounts payable to each fuelling station.
